Refund policy
Damaged or Wrong Products
1. At Vanizi.com, we take great care in packaging and shipping every order. However, if you receive 1 or 2 damaged products out of multiple items (for example, 1–2 damaged products in 10 items ordered), we will issue a refund for the damaged items only.
2. To request an exchange, email us at support@vanizi.com or Whatsapp within 24 hours of delivery, along with your order number, details, and product image.
3. Products must be unused, with original tags and packaging intact.
4. Replacements will be shipped within 7–10 working days at no extra cost.
5. If the package looks tampered or damaged before opening, please refuse to accept it and return it to the delivery person.
6. Refunds will be started once we receive the product back in untampered condition.
Refund Options
1. Customers can choose to get a refund to their bank account, UPI or Razorpay.
2. If an exchanged product is not in stock, the refund will be processed.
3. For combo packs, the entire pack must be returned, not individual items.
4. For sale items, only the amount paid by you will be refunded, not the current listed price.
5. Refunds will be made after deducting shipping/freight charges where applicable.
Important Notes
- If you are unhappy with product quality, you may request a replacement or refund. However, the customer must self-ship the product, and shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
- Beware of fraud calls – Vanizi.com never calls for lucky draws, OTPs, or vouchers. Do not share personal or payment details. Report such calls to authorities.
Disclaimer
- Product images on our website may slightly differ in color or shade from the actual product due to photography and lighting.
- Vanizi.com is not responsible for damages caused after product use. Once used, the product becomes the customer’s responsibility.
Cancellation Policy
- You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it by write us at support@vanizi.com with your order number.
- If you want to cancel after dispatch, simply refuse the package and inform us by email.
- If cancelled after shipping, shipping charges will not be refunded. If unpaid, a ₹70 cancellation fee will apply.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are given only for damaged or defective products (for both prepaid and COD orders).
- For prepaid orders, the refund will be sent to the same bank account used for payment.
- For COD orders, you’ll need to share your bank details, and refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
- Refunds can also be done via UPI.
